The association believed in vocational and technical education and its importance in life therefore the Saida Technical Institute for Young Women was licensed under Resolution No. 653. The Technical Institute is the largest department of the association and it is composed of administrators, licensed professors in the required specializations and workers. The institute includes annually 300 seats and 500 seats for accelerated courses. Its specializations are divided into professions that meet the needs of the labor market and are directed to males and females; in addition to about 20 laboratories equipped with various specializations.

The institute grants official certificates BP "Brevet Professional" BT "Baccalauréat Technique" and TS "Technique Superieur" in several specializations: trade and accounting, sale and commercial relations, nursery education, hotel, graphic design and reservation and sale of tickets.
